What is mindful parenting?

Mindful parenting is a new way of looking at ourselves as parents. It is a call to wake up to the possibility of a deeper, more meaningful relationship with ourselves and our children.


In today’s hectic, over-scheduled, overstimulating world, our brains are in an almost chronic stress state. The mindful parenting workshop provides you with an opportunity to explore your own internal responses to stress and how that impacts you and your children.


I will work with you on simple changes that can be made to help you and your family deal, in a healthy way, with the stresses that life presents.
