Introduction

to mindfulness

 

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, as we will be doing mindful breathing exercises. Mats and cushions provided. A healthy lunch will be served.

I welcome you to a safe, relaxed space to slow down and cultivate self-awareness.

This is a half-day retreat that focuses on welcoming mindfulness into your life. Through mindfulness meditation (with breath and body awareness), and mindful movement, I will introduce you to mindfulness. This is a group setting. Individual guidance is available upon request.

  • Transition & Settle

  • Introduction to Mindfulness

  • Mindful Movement

  • Guided Meditation (Breath & Body Awareness)

  • Silence/Informal Mindfulness in Nature (I will encourage you to spend time in a serene, natural environment)
